You can write in English. Spanish is fine too if you prefer. Send photos of mould or damp in your Barcelona flat — we look and say what makes sense next. In the first message, three things help:
- A wide shot of the room — wall, ceiling, light.
- A close-up of the mark — no flash, in focus.
- A few words: when it appeared, cleaned or painted before.
- A voice note in English is fine if that is easier.

What to send
One or two photos and a short note are enough: wall, ceiling or bathroom — and what you noticed: a dark mark, peeling paint, damp. No long report needed.

What should I write in the first message?
A wide shot of the room, a close-up of the mark without flash, and one line: where the mark is, when you noticed it, whether you cleaned or painted it. No report needed.
Do I need to know if it is mould, damp or condensation?
No. Describe what you see in your own words. From photos we can suggest where to start or what else would help.
What can WhatsApp tell you, and what cannot?
Photos show the wall or ceiling condition and which work may fit. They cannot name the exact cause of damp or replace a full look on site.
What if the photos are not enough?
We will ask for another angle or more context. If there is not enough to answer properly, we say so — we do not reply just to tick a box.
When is a free visit in Barcelona offered?
When the photos justify it: paint needs checking on site, a bathroom ceiling needs judging, or a large area needs context. The visit itself is free.
