When to contact us
This page is for you when the surface is already in good shape and you need a final coat of paint. Common cases:
- a clean wall or ceiling without mould that you want refreshed
- a bathroom ceiling after treatment, when the base is sound
- an area already prepared and needing an even finish
- a room with frequent condensation where the zone was treated and you now want paint
Before painting we check: whether old paint holds, whether mould is present, whether the mark has returned before. That decides the order of work.
When painting is not the first step
It is not a good idea to paint if the wall or ceiling feels soft, paint is coming away, marks are active or mould has not been treated. Everything can look flat for a few weeks — then the problem returns.
If the area was painted before and the mark came back, it helps to know what was done: was the surface treated, did the old paint hold, was there damp?
Send 3 photos on WhatsApp
The most useful things are:
- A wide shot of the wall, ceiling or bathroom — room context.
- A close-up of the surface — no flash, in focus.
- A few words — whether the area was treated before and whether you have painted it.
If you only want painting, say so. That helps us answer honestly: whether paint is enough or another job should come first. If the photos are unclear, we will say so.
How the work usually goes
We look at the surface from photos and on site when needed. After that it may involve:
- final preparation of small details before painting
- painting when the base is ready
If the wall or ceiling still needs treatment or repair, we say so before starting. We do not hide problems under paint.
Bathroom and the ceiling above the shower
A bathroom can be painted when we are talking about the visible interior surface: the ceiling above the shower, a zone with condensation, a wall by the shower enclosure, a finish after preparation.
Not included: finding leaks from photos, plumbing, or work tied to the flat above. If the mark is growing, dripping or looks like an active leak, the cause needs to be understood first.
What we do not promise
Painting is a finish, not an answer to every damp problem. We do not promise mould will never return, name brands or lifespans, or quote a price without seeing the case.
If damp or condensation keeps appearing in the same zone, paint alone is not enough.
